Understand how our plans work and how to get the most out of each.

We think our plans are the one of the easiest parts of our product. We have three choices: Start Line, Accelerator, and Overdrive.

Start Line and up

All plans allow you to manage your inventory and customers, as well as sell said inventory to said customers via transfers. We think its essential all dealers comply with the law, so we provide autofilling of all government forms (both state and federal) in every plan. You'll be able to see the status of your inventory and transfers from your dashboard.

In every plan, we allow you to upload files to just about every record.

  • Have a scanned title you'd like to see later? Upload it to its corresponding vehicle record.

  • Driver license of a customer? Upload it to the relevant customer record.

  • Auction pictures of your vehicle or receipts of parts purchased? You guessed it: upload it to the vehicle record.

  • Completed sales documents signed by the customer? Store that in the transfer record.

  • Have an employee contract you'd like to keep in your user's profile? You can upload that too.

Accelerator and up

In our Accelerator plan, we introduce sales tax reporting. This generates a date-range specific report of all the transfers completed by your dealer. We provide a breakdown of taxable amounts at state and county levels, and the actual taxes you collected for each. With this, you'll be able to submit accurate tax reports every month or quarter to your state.

We believe our system is too good to not use for all your sales. That's why we increased the monthly allowance of vehicles, customers, and transfers from 10 to 100 in this plan. Storage limits for all records also increases from 1 GB to 10 GB. We also introduce live chat support, so you can ask us your burning questions without having to wait for us to get back to you. Also, if you're selling 100 vehicles a month, chances are you need help. That's why we allow you to add up to 4 additional users (total of 5) to your account.

Lastly but certainly not least, government forms are often not enough for dealers. This is why we created a series of good-to-have forms like:

  • Bill of sale in your dealer's letterhead

  • Invoice breaking down the transfer pricing and payments

  • Transfer summary to provide to tag agencies for processing of title work

  • Title correction affidavit

  • and more coming soon

Overdrive

The Overdrive plan is for dealers that need it all. We remove the limit on all records you can add into our system and we raise the storage limit across your account to 100 GB of files.

In the Accelerator plan, we introduced additional users, so here we raised it to 20. Additionally, since not everyone should have the same control, in Overdrive we allow you to fine-tune the permissions of your users. That way, if you'd like to restrict access to providers, payment information, or just about anything you can imagine, you'll be able to do so with ease. Run your dealer with confidence.
