If any of your users, or even you, get locked out of their account, we'll send a link to the account's email address to get you back on track.

That's it! With that, you should be back into your account.

Google Sign-on

For your convenience, we also allow creation and access of your account via Google's single sign-on (SSO). We securely validate your identity by verifying your control over your chosen Google account.

To access your account in this way, you should select "Sign in with Google" from the dashboard home page.

After that, select your Google account and after some processing on Google's side, you'll immediately be taken to your dashboard.

If you created your account with an email and password, you're still able to use Google SSO to access your account. As long as the emails match, we'll grant you access. In the case of Google SSO, we use Google to confirm you have access to the selected email, and we can then use their response in place of your password.

Note on passwords

If your account was created through Google SSO, you'll have to follow the Forgot Password instructions above to set your password for the first time. After that, you'll be able to access your account with either SSO or password.

Hopefully that helps! As always, if you have any questions or trouble, feel free to reach out to us.
