Overview of Billing and Credits

My Dealer Jacket uses a credit system for accessing and paying for various services. Credits are flexible and can be used across any paid feature within the platform.

Using Credits

Once credits are added to your account, they can be applied to a range of My Dealer Jacket services, including starting and completing registrations, ordering temporary tags, printing deal jackets, and other essential functions. Each transaction will deduct the appropriate number of credits based on the service.

Credit Refund Policy

We aim to provide flexibility and transparency with our credit system. However, certain restrictions apply:

Unused Credits

Any unused, paid credits in your account are eligible for a refund if you decide not to use them.

To request a refund of unused credits, please contact our support team.

Used Credits

Once credits are used, they cannot be refunded, especially those applied toward DMV-related services. For transactions involving DMV fees, My Dealer Jacket collects and forwards the fees on behalf of the dealer or consumer, making them non-reversible.

Once a Registration Transaction is initiated, the DMV inquiry fee is owed to FLHSMV, and the transaction cannot be refunded.

System Error Compensation

In cases where a transaction fails due to a system error on our end, we may add compensatory credits to your account. These credits can be used as you see fit but are not eligible for refund.

Promotional Credits

Credits granted through promotions or for specific actions, such as account creation, email confirmation, business verification, or system error compensation, are non-refundable.
