Resetting Your Password
If you’re having trouble logging into your My Dealer Jacket account due to a forgotten password, this article will guide you through the process of resetting it. By following the steps below, you’ll be able to securely regain access to your account in just a few minutes.
Go to the Login Page
Open a browser and navigate to the My Dealer Jacket login page.
Enter Your Email Address
On the login page, type your registered email address in the provided field, then click Continue.
Find the "Forgot password?" Link
When prompted to enter your password, locate and click on the Forgot password? link below the password field.
Request Password Reset Instructions
- This will open a page with your email address already populated in the field.
- Click on Send reset instructions to receive a password reset email.
Check Your Email
You’ll receive an email titled "Reset your My Dealer Jacket password."
- Open the email and look for the Reset your password button. Click the button to proceed.
- If the button does not work, copy the URL provided at the bottom of the email and paste it into your browser’s address bar.
Set a New Password
- The link will take you to the "Reset your password" page.
- Enter your new password, then confirm it by typing it again in the provided fields.
- Click Change your password to save your new password.
Log In to Your Account
After changing your password, you’ll be automatically redirected to your account dashboard, where you can continue using My Dealer Jacket with your updated password.
